Except for one small fence line, the Copperfield enjoyed contiguous boundaries with Bar JS Ranch and Braids of the River ranch. Ranches of the West (ROW) assisted with acquisition, due diligence, and disposition of the ranch. Irrigation and fence improvements, riparian area protection augmented construction by ROW of a beautiful small cabin, the Copperfield cabin, to the owner’s specifications. The ranch flourished under ROW management and is managed to this day by the company.
