Braids of the River Ranch
This 1100 acre ranch enjoyed contiguous boundaries with it’s upstream neighbor, Rock Point Ranch. Ranches of the West (ROW) assisted with acquisition, due diligence, land planing, and disposition of the ranch. . USDA EQIP grants were obtained by ROW for certain improvements. Fencing, riparian area fencing , land planning, the grant of conservation easements, and aggressive noxious weed control were all administered by ROW. As with the companies other endeavors, wildlife, fishery, waterfowl, and grazing values all materially and simultaneously increased. The ranch was sold in 2006.
