Canyons will offer very limited large lot opportunities overlooking inspiring canyon lands, and in the future several clusters of varied housing product. Over 500 acres of Canyons will be forever preserved via deed restrictions, recorded building envelopes and/or conservation easements. Day-bed and migration areas of mule deer and elk will likewise remain without human footprint, and will tie into the lower elevation Bluestone Ridge Ranch, affording sanctuary, feed, water, and critical winter range.

Bluestone will preserve more than 400+ acres of irrigated and native pasture ranch lands. This represents more than 50% of Bluestone's approximate 720 acres. More than 16 acres of ponds are integral to irrigation conversion from flood to more efficient mechanized crop water delivery. The ponds will also tie into the city park system of the Town of De Beque. Our residential neighborhoods are intended to offer for the first time ever, an I-70 corridor community steeped in the ambiance of a working ranch, laden with amenity and open space, designed, planned, and built not for the upper end or vacation buyer, but for the average person, family and household.
